If you need a visa we will help with your application but you have to pay the fees of the application to the home office

No, your insurrance is on us whilst you are following the rules of the camp.

Safety first. We take all measures to protect your child from harm, all our staff are DBS checked, and CCTV cameras for security. No more than 10 students per group accompanied by highly qualified staff. Kitchens are rated 5 stars from the local authorities

 All food are Halal. (three meals on us)Breakfast,lunch and Dinner. the food varies, including Moroccan, Italian, and Indian Asian cuisine. If your child has allergies let the staff know in advance.

We do not accept Checks, all cards are accepted . You can use our website or pay via phone or Paypal. if you can not pay by cards, call us so we could arrange alternatives

You can pay the full price OF THE CAMP OR   

the deposit of £253 of each child before the 30th of OCTOBER 2024

We will not book you unless you pay the deposit. 

After this date 6th of NOVEMBER 2024 you have to pay the full price +flight extra charges.

No Deposit Refund after 31ST OCTOBER 2024

No Refund if you cancel 3RD NOVEMBER 2024

No REFUND  

• No cash refund policy: No monetary refunds will be given for breaking the camp rules, ie: Getting a flight tickets in different dates, traveling with a member of family without our consent, or applying for visa without our directions
• No refund, exchange-only policy: Customers may exchange 50% under agreement to use a voucher for next coming camp
